Alta 3532 is the first wheelset in the PCW stable to use the new EVOLUTION rim design and layup – an inherently lighter overall design methodology, removing material on the rim's inner side of the edge to optimise spoke bracing angles and tensions, creating a final product with improved efficiency on the road.

- Improved spoke tension balance: We use rim shape to balance spoke angle where the steep spokes on the rear wheel's drive side and front wheel's disc side are attached to the deeper section of the rim, bringing them in more symmetry with the opposing sides' spokes.
