This carbon steel racing bike stands apart for its dual frame construction. The upper part, thanks to the horizontal tubes and the small forks, ensures constant comfort while pedalling. The lower part, with oblique tubes and sleeve sections, makes the bike exceptionally rigid and responsive. The double seat holder optimises pedalling in the ideal position. - by the internal cable passage that provides maximum integration for hydraulic and electronic cables, thanks to the 1'' 1/2 steering series and the specific fork.
- by the BB86 central bracket which allows the direct assembly of the press-fit caps of the group producer without the need for adapters.
- by the passage compatible with comfort covers of up to 28 mm.
The latest Fulcrum Airbeat 400 DB disc brake wheelset carbon wheels. The Airbeat 400 is the new wheel on the market. It’s weight and features are similar to the Fulcrum Wind 40, but different in color and carbon pattern. The application can be both for races and for long-distance endurance riding.
The Fulcrum Airbeat 400 DB wheelset has a 40 mm deep, lightweight rim, created by the superposition of wide, modern unidirectional carbon layers, with a pronounced profile (8 mm radius). The design incorporates innovative shapes, designed to provide a smooth transition between the tyre and the rim eliminating turbulence. The wheelset is completed with aluminium hubs, which support 24 "straight pull" spokes, guaranteeing maximum overall rigidity, both in acceleration and when braking, without lateral movement due to the asymmetric nature of the forces coming from the disc and cassette.
