We are capable of servicing and repairing all types of bikes and are well known for our on the spot repairs to keep people cycling with minimal fuss. We have professional workshops staffed by experienced and qualified bike mechanics who all love bikes (of all shapes and sizes!) and are keen lifelong cyclists with a wealth of experience.

We will assess the bike with you, agree the service or repair work that needs to be done and record the details on our system. 

If additional work is needed we will contact you to discuss before proceeding. Quotes are available upon request when you bring your bike in. If you provide all of your own parts to be fitted, you are welcome, obviously we can't provide warranty.

If you are reliant on your bike on a daily basis it can be hard to schedule time to be without it. For our service customers we offer free courtesy bikes in our shop which are free to borrow while your service is completed, (subject to availability).  

• We offer services for any type of bike: road bikes, mountain bikes, commuter bikes and family bikes, as well as providing bespoke repairs as required.
• Our service menu is just a guide; the rest is tailored to you and your bike. 
• Our Cycle Technicians will give you a more specific service/repair quote only after seeing and diagnosing your bike. 
• A bike can be your friend for life, if you look after it and have it serviced regularly.

Suspension & Dropper Post Service Price List

Because of the way Mountain bikes are ridden and the harsh and dirty environments they are used in, these components require special attention, in addition to your bike servicing. These services do not include the cost of any replacement parts, e.g. Seal kits, Linkage bearings. Prices may vary depending on the condition of the part.
